Like a recruiter who never calls to bug you.
No commission to chase. No follow-up calls about “quick chats.” Just there when you need them, handling the difficult bits.
We’re not a fly-by-night AI outfit.
Referment has been a recruitment firm since 2016. Long before AI was the story, we were the people behind the hires for 15 of the top 20 hedge funds in the world, the most demanding clients in finance, where one bad placement can cost millions and timelines are measured in days.
We’ve lived the process. We’ve felt the pain of slow agencies, missed candidates, and broken pipelines. We know what good recruitment looks like because we’ve been doing it for nearly a decade. Then we built a better way.
Today we recruit everywhere. Legal roles in Dubai. Sales in New York. Engineering in London. Wherever you are, whatever the role, we can help.
Better candidates, without the agency calls.
Your Digital Recruiter only works on your roles, around the clock. A traditional recruiter is juggling a desk full of vacancies and chasing commissions on each.
A single hire pays for the whole year.
Agencies bill 15–25% of salary on placement. We bill a flat fee whether you hire one person or twelve.
Because recruiting isn’t the prompt.
You can wire ChatGPT to write a job spec in an evening. The 95% of recruiting that takes 95% of the time is the part you don’t see, finding the right candidates across job boards and LinkedIn, reading every CV against your actual brief, running screening conversations, handling reply threads, chasing the silent ones, telling the no-hires politely so they’d come back.
We’ve been building that workflow for over a decade with hedge funds and SMEs. The AI does the heavy lifting on every CV review and shortlist decision; a real recruiter oversees the relationship. The output is the same shape as a senior recruiter sat next to you, except they work nights, weekends, and never charge a placement fee.
If you want to roll your own, you can. We just think we’ll be quicker for £695 a month.
Try it free for 30 days.
Brief us a role today. No card, no contract, no commission.
Three obvious questions.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel from the manage-subscription link in any of our emails. Month-to-month, no notice period, no exit fee. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing.
Do I have to use your tool to manage candidates?
No. Everything happens in your inbox. You can manage replies in Gmail or Outlook the same way you manage anything else. There is nothing to log into and nothing to integrate with your existing systems.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
If you’ve added a card by then, we roll into the standard £695/mo plan. If you haven’t, the account just pauses, we don’t auto-charge anyone who hasn’t opted in. You can resume any time.
