Time can be a great indicator of a person’s readiness to leave a company. Statistically speaking, most people leave either within their probation period or after they’ve been with the company for about 3 years. Before 6 months, people may feel that the role and company was mis-sold to them, and after a couple of years they may begin to look elsewhere if internal mobility is not offered and the opportunity to develop their skills stops.
3. Their lifestyle begins to change.
All of a sudden your friends start going out more, travelling more frequently, maybe even a house move to a new area - there is a chance that they’re in for a change in their professional life as well.
