Job description
Referment has partnered with a world renowned, multi-strategy hedge fund who have opened a new role in London for a Business Change Analyst. As part of a new team, the successful Business Change Analyst will work directly under the Head of Automation to help roll out a brand new workflow automation platform which will be used across the entire organisation to improve business processes. You will also be responsible for delivering reports for various business stakeholders across the organisation.
The role will involve training and rolling out the platform to business users, but also leading the technical delivery of the platform so the successful Business Change Analyst should come from a technical background and have experience with scripting tools such as Python and SQL.

Key Requirements
- Experience working with workflow automation using Mendix, Appian, Outsystems, ServiceNow, Microsoft Powerflows, Salesforce Flows, or other automation tooling
- Experience in at least one primary BI tool such as PowerBI, Tableau or Looker
- Experience in adapting already gathered requirements to the evolving needs of the business
