Referment is working with a London based hedge fund who have an exciting opening for a Senior Windows Engineer in their infrastructure team. Having gone through a few years of strong performance and growth, the company is now looking to expand their technology team and modernise their infrastructure technology stack.
The successful applicant will be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting the highly available Windows technology stack that supports the entire company. A number of years of experience working with Windows server for a financial institution is required, as well as a strong understanding of VMware and scripting/automation.
This is a chance to join a leading hedge fund and work on a variety of interesting projects including a large cloud migration and various automation projects.

Key Requirements
- Strong PKI experience in a Windows based environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Active Directory architecture
- Strong scripting and automation skills (ideally Powershell)
- In depth knowledge of VMware technologies and storage
- Experience working in financial services; investment bank, hedge funds, exchanges etc
