Job description

Referment is working with a quantitative systematic hedge fund to find a Senior Software Engineer to join their front-office team to optimise their systems, improve architectural design and scale these systems to match the demand of the fast growing business. They are looking for a senior figure who is a hands-on leader to work closely with their tight-knit team of technologist and senior stakeholders.

This is a great opportunity to join a highly rewarding company that offer a great culture and technological challenges to automate all systems, which are using industry-leading trading models. 

In this role, the successful applicant will need to have deep knowledge in C# programming, with an inquisitive mindset that can make the best architectural decisions and work full stack. They use ReactJS on the Front-End, C# and SQL Server on the back-end. Everything is hosted on AWS and the systems are high availability transactional systems. This is a senior role that will see you work closely with the business with Quant Analysts, Traders and PM's so there is a huge opportunity to learn how the business operates.
