Referment have partnered with a London based hedge fund who have an exciting opening in their End User Computing team in London. This role is broad in nature and will give the successful applicant a chance to work on day to day user support as well as projects related to designing the backend processes behind the desktop technology stack across the firm.
The role will involve lots of interaction with users and other technology teams in a fast paced, trading environment and you will get the chance to join at a time when the team is embarking on a cloud transformation journey across desktop and infrastructure. The successful candidate will come from a desktop support background and have a broad skillset covering packaging applications, patching, active directory support, MS exchange and windows imaging.

Key Requirements
- Experience managing, configuring and securing a global EUC estate in a physical/virtual environment; images, packing, deployments etc.
- Advanced infrastructure support knowledge with tools such as Active Directory, Exchange, File Services, DHCP & DNS
- In depth knowledge of Windows OS and patch management
- Knowledge of telephony management
- Extensive experience working with desktop PC's and mobile devices
