Job description

Referment have partnered with one of the largest Software Vendors globally whose Asset Management and Hedge Fund clients use their front to back solutions to help with their trading activities. 

As a Senior Sales person you will be tasked with building relationships with decision makers at large buy side companies and managing the sales process through to closing. You will be supported by an inside sales function that provides leads along with a large and established marketing department. 

We are looking for someone with at least 7 years experience selling software into buy-side firms within the UK and Europe. 

Other required experience includes: 
  • A proven track record in achieving sales targets and bringing in new clients
  • Strong relationship skills and ideally a black book of contacts across buy side companies in Europe
  • Good knowledge of trad workflows across front, middle and back office
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
