Referment have partnered with a fast growing FinTech company whose products are used by buy and sell side organisations across front and middle office business departments.
We are looking for a Relationship Manager who comes from a banking background with experience in working closely with Heads of Trading and Heads of Compliance to focus on cross-selling and upselling additional products that our client is bringing to market.
We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years' experience in a client facing role within financial markets and a desire to join a fast growing, globally expanding tech business. Other experiences required include:
Excellent business knowledge and the ability to speak with Traders about how they manage risks and how they price options
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technology solutions to business people
Experience in a sales role where additional revenues have been added to a company's bottom line
Strong knowledge and commercial experience of financial instruments.
