Referment have partnered with an exciting payments FinTech company who have just successfully secured a 3rd round of funding and are now looking to expand their business significantly. They specialise in B2B payments and are responsible for building cutting edge technology systems which make international payments (billions of dollars) quicker, easier and more efficient for both parties involved in every transaction.
They have a new and unique opportunity available for a someone to join as the first QA Engineer for the business and shape the direction of their test automation and QA capabilities. This is a hands on, technical role and the successful person will be responsible for unit, functional, integration and automated testing across all of their backend and web software platforms. There may be scope for this person to take on further leadership responsibilities if/when the company expands and be heavily involved in increasing the automated testing footprint across the organisation.

Key Requirements
- Production grade C# and SQL skills
- Extensive experience with Cypress (or similar testing tools)
- Strong experience with end to end testing across both web and backend software systems (unit test, integration tests, functional tests etc)
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
