A rapidly growing Quant Systematic Trading Hedge Fund are seeking an Operations Analyst to join their London HQ and work closely with the traders, treasury, senior managers, COO and risk teams within their Equities team. This role will require Equities experience and it's also advantageous to have a variety of asset classes under your belt for future growth within the firm. This role will require trade booking and processing of all asset classes, dealing with all areas of the trade management lifecycle and providing trade support to traders within the firm. Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience as an Operations Analyst
- Experience working within the Equities space
- Experience with other asset classes - Advantageous
- An individual looking for a dynamic buy-side firm, which offers a collaborative environment
- Proven experience within a similar role at a financial institution
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Bachelors degree
