Job description
Referment is working with a leading multi-strategy hedge fund who are going through an exciting period of growth after a number of years of strong performance. They are expanding their footprint in Europe as they venture into new asset classes and as such, are now looking to hire an experienced Network Security Engineer for their infrastructure team in London.
The successful candidate will be designing and implementing network security solutions for the firm, helping to shape the network security landscape and automating operational processes. As such, strong experience with firewalls, ISE, proxies and network automation is required to be considered for this role.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience working on medium/large enterprise networks (ideally within the financial sector)
Expert knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls
Strong knowledge of security protocols such as SSL/TLS, IPSEC
Experience with scripting and network automation tools, i.e. Python, Ansible etc
Knowledge of proxy solutions
