A global leading multi-strategy Hedge Fund is growing their Product Management team in London and are aiming to hire a Lead Product Manager within their Equities team. This is a leadership role, which will see the successful applicant to help expand their analytics product suite within a fast growing business that is competing at the highest level within the buy-side space.
This is team is the control centre for research, designing solutions, idea generating and managing the product lifecycle for all business facing technologies within their huge Equities team. This role will require strong leadership skills, ability to liaise with portfolio managers, traders, analysts and have excellent skills at understanding users needs.
This role will require delivering analytics & sensitive data through frontends and API layers for the exec leadership team, portfolio managers and traders. Strong collaboration skills and product vision is a must.

Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years as a Product Manager
- Proven leadership skills and ability to recruit and retain world class teams
- Strong Equities knowledge is essential (portfolio construction, portfolio management, equity factor models)
- Passionate about technology and strong relationship management skills required for development teams, end users and key stakeholders
- Previous Buy-Side experience
- Experience with Agile - Advantageous
