Referment has an exciting opportunity available with a world renowned, technology driven hedge fund who are currently looking for Graduate/Junior Developers for their Technology Graduate programme starting in the summer of 2023.
The ideal candidate will have up to 1 year of experience working in Software Development and a Computer Science degree (or similar) from a leading university. You will be working in a 12 month rotation programme whereby you will get the opportunity to work across 3 different development teams and then in the second year, be kept on full time in one of those teams that fits your skills and aspirations best.
This is a chance to work for one of the best hedge funds in London, alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry and with a wide range of the latest technologies. You will get to work on exciting and impactful projects whilst learning new skills from the more experienced developers within the organisation.
Key Requirements
2.1 degree or higher in Computer Science (or related field) from a leading University
Strong OO programming skills (C++/Python preferred but not essential)
Excellent knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals; data structures, algorithms etc
Knowledge of high performance development and low level programming (desirable)
