Referment have partnered with an award winning FinTech who are looking to bring in a Junior Sales Executive to join their permanent team in London to play a major part in the businesses next phase of growth.
This company offer a suite of solutions for buy-side clients across the EMEA region. The Junior Sales Executive will be closing business with some of the leading Asset managers, Wealth managers and Fund of Fund managers in the market, working closely with their inside sales team who will be providing leads and setting up meetings for them.

Key Requirements
- A proven track record of success in your current and previous sales role(s).
- Experience in solution-selling, ideally to fund investors and allocators.
- Ability to understand complex sales processes and solutions
- Strong communication skills
