Referment have partnered exclusively with a crypto technology company who are shaping the future of digital assets infrastructure. They are financially backed by two leading financial institutions and looking for a new Head of Platform Security to join their technology team here in London.
The successful Head of Platform Security will be responsible for reshaping and building a bespoke security environment that will be key for the ongoing evolution of their crypto infrastructure platform. This role will suit someone with a strong technical background in security engineering, DevOps and programming. Also, the successful applicant should have the leadership experience to build and manage a small team of security engineers whilst still remaining hands on and technical.
This is a chance to join a unique business who are at the start of an exciting journey of growth within the digital assets space. You will report directly into the CTO and get broad exposure to the wider business and technology initiatives. Key Requirements
- Expert knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in regulatory frameworks and compliance standard
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and tools which supports security challenges within Azure.
- Experience with implementing & maintaining automated security tools with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong programming skills (ideally Java but not essential)
- Prior experience/keen interest in Cryptocurrency or digital assets
