Referment is working with a world class technology driven Hedge Fund. They're an elite establishment that seek passionate technologists to improve all processes across the firm.
The primary focus will be to assist the Compliance Department with reviewing and approving marketing material, working with investors on requests and participating in investor due diligence meetings as needed. You will oversee and manage the marketing compliance function for the compliance team. Within this, you will review and approve internal and external marketing materials. Further to this, you will develop strategic initiatives to enhance the current workflow, develop and build out the database function to ensure seamless review and greater efficiencies as well as to continue to drive best practices for compliance marketing.
Key Requirements

Key Requirements
- 10+ years minimum compliance or legal experience with an investment adviser or broker-dealer with specific exposure to private placement regimes on a global scale/platform.
- Strong organizational and research skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks when necessary
- Ability to work independently and excel in a high intensity environment
