Job description
Referment is working with a technology driven hedge fund who are looking for a Front Office C# Developer to work in their Portfolio Management team in London. The company is venturing into new asset classes and expanding their business globally, so the technology stack in the Portfolio Management team is evolving and becoming more complex as they grow.
This role will involve working on a number of systems and tools that directly support the portfolio managers, traders and analysts in the front office meaning the successful candidate will get direct exposure to the investment process and get to work on a number of exciting projects.
The team are looking for an exceptional technologist with experience working on front office trading systems within another hedge fund, prop trading company or financial institution. Experience with stream processing tools such as Kafka or Flink is needed as well as a strong background in C# programming.
Key Requirements
Expert C#/.NET programming skills and systems design experience
In depth knowledge SQL Server
Experience working on front office trading systems; ideally within a hedge fund, proprietary trading house or leading financial institution
Knowledge with stream processing tools such as Kafka/Flink
