Referment have an exciting Technical Business Analyst opportunity available with a leading commodities trading firm in London. Joining the Trading Technology team, the successful Technical Business Analyst will work underneath the Head of Trading Technology to deliver a number of business critical change and transformation projects, working alongside a team of highly skilled software developers.
You will be working on a multi-year program of work which will involve building the best proprietary technology solutions for the commodities traders, desk analysts and senior stakeholders across the firm. The successful applicant must come from a hands on technical background and have strong commodities business knowledge to be considered for this role. Experience managing large technology projects and gathering requirements from senior stakeholders is essential within the commodities space is essential.

Key Requirements
- 5+ years experience working as a Business Analyst/Project Manager in the commodities trading space
- Strong understanding of commodities business concepts and workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of technology project management and ideally a hands on technical background in software development or similar
- Knowledge of commodities trading technology platforms such as OpenLink/Endur (desirable)
