Referment has partnered with a unique organisation that are building sustainable solutions for the energy/utilities space. They have a talented team based in Oxford who are in exciting phase of growth, expanding into new markets. They are growing their Embedded Firmware Team and are seeking a skilled Embedded Firmware Engineer to work collaboratively within their tight knit team delivering software and firmware for their next-gen products.
You will be required to work closely with this firms Firmware and Hardware teams and be involved in design, development, testing and support of their new products. It is essential that you've worked on embedded firmware and are experienced with C languages and Python too. This firm take pride in their mission to create sustainability within this space and enjoy challenging the norm using scientific methods and require a similar mindset for this role. Theres many technologies to learn and opportunities to engineer their product suite to become smarter.

Key Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science/Maths/Physics
- Experience with Embedded Firmware Engineering
- OOP
- Experience with C/C++ and/or Python
- Familiarity with Microcontrollers
- Great communication skills
- Genuine interest in power electronics and motor drives
