Referment have partnered with one of the worlds leading hedge fund, known to be at the forefront of innovation and technology.
Having historically relied on relational database technologies as a platform to enable the business to gain insight into the huge volumes of financial data they have, the company are now looking to evolve their technology stack and as such looking for this hire to come in and build a cutting edge cloud data warehouse platform to replace the current service layer in place for reporting.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a Greenfield project using the latest cloud data warehouse, data processing and data pipelining technologies. The successful candidate will also get strong exposure to a number of business areas within the fund, working alongside exceptional technologists.

Key Requirements:
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience building and maintaining cloud data warehouses, i.e. Snowflake, Redshift, Azure SQL, BigQuery etc
- Experience with data pipeline scheduling tools such as Airflow and/or DBT
- Strong knowledge of SQL
