Referment are working with a global software provider with a great reputation across the sector who are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their permanent team in London.
They are are looking for someone with a track record of working with buy side firms across Europe with strong OMS and PMS knowledge. The role will involve maximising client satisfaction to a mixture of large asset management firms, along with smaller hedge funds.
Key Requirements:
At least 3 years in a Customer Success, Client Support or Relationship Management position working closely with clients
Experience working for a SaaS business
Knowledge of the financial services sector is required, preferably on the buy-side
Experience working on client retention and using metrics and frameworks to increase customer satisfaction
