Referment has partnered with an innovative start-up Energy Trading firm that are backed by one of the most successful HFT firms. They have a unique offering for a Compliance Officer to join their team in London and work closely with Head of Compliance in bringing this firm up to MiFiD II regulations.
It is an excellent opportunity for a Compliance specialist to join a rapidly scaling-up start-up that is backed by capital. They have an exceptional team of researchers, traders and technologists and are seeking an entrepreneurial Compliance Officer with ambitions of becoming the head of compliance. Experience within the Power markets would be extremely beneficial.
Key Requirements:
A degree in law, economics or finance (or similar related fields)
A minimum of 3 years experience in Compliance
In-depth knowledge of MiFid II and EMIR
Experienced in HFT or Energy Markets - Advantageous
Good communication skills with the ability to deal with senior stakeholders
