Job description

Referment have partnered with a hyper growth FinTech company who are looking for a VP of Sales to spearhead growth in the UK and into the further EMEA region.

Our client has grown at a rapid pace since launch in 2018 with 300% YOY growth and over 300,000 customers served by their leading Financial Planning software. 

We are looking for an experienced Sales individual who can work closely with the CRO to strategise and expand their client base.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands on sales management experience in a high-growth B2B software/SaaS environment. 

  • In-depth knowledge of financial planning concepts.

  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.

  • Experience with sales strategy planning and execution, sales operations, customer success, marketing, channel and partner management, business planning, and sales support management in a global setting. 

  • Track record of managing multiple projects with a demonstrated ability to prioritise efforts based on ROI to the business. 

  • Substantial experience in technology and software.
