Referment are working with an exciting market-making firm looking to hire a Support Engineer to join their global business. The company are one of the leading market makers on the world's biggest Crypto-Exchange and have seen tremendous success over the past two years.
The Technical Support Engineer will work remotely with a team of developers and data scientists and will ideally have knowledge of exchange trading and algorithms, although this is not essential. Scripting, monitoring and troubleshooting experience is essential.
Key Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience working in a Support role
- Eagerness to work in a 24/7 trading environment
- Experience working with Python or other similar scripting language
- Knowledge of monitoring highly available systems and automating operational tasks
- UNIX experience
