Referment are working with a global leader in the provision of Regulatory Reporting Software to Capital Markets companies, who are looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join their Professional Services team in London.
The Support Consultant will have at least 2 years experience working across technical support, along with strong Client facing skills - ideally within a Bank, Consulting firm or for a software provider. The role will be heavily Client focused with the opportunity to engage with some of the leading banking clients globally.
We are looking for someone who has the following experience:
- Technical knowledge/experience of SQL UNIX and Linux is a must
- Ability to multi task, prioritise and create efficiencies for clients
- Previous experience of working with Regulatory Reporting products would be a huge benefit
