Job description
Referment is working with one of the world leading financial software vendors who have an exciting opportunity available for a Technical Implementation Lead to join their London team and be responsible for overseeing a team of talented implementation engineers.
You will be responsible for leading the team that ensures clients are implemented onto new products in a timely and appropriate manner, working closely alongside internal technical teams which include network operations, product teams and various engineering teams. Typical implementation projects will include implementing real-time XML and FIX messaging, batch based processes and various messaging protocols for various buy and sell side clients.

Key Requirements
- A strong technical background with extensive scripting experience
- Extensive experience with FIX, XML, FpML, SWIFT and web API's
- Good capital markets knowledge and ideally an understanding of buy and sell side order management workflows
- Experience working in various communication protocols and methodologies
- Experience leading teams and managing implementation engineers
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, FTP, MQ (desirable)
