The Technical Business Analyst role sits within their Production Operations function. The team is based across the UK, US and Europe, to support their global client base, and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of their functionality across all of their production customers, ensuring that clients are able to make effective use of their product.
Key Requirements
- You are a proven problem solver; methodically working through possibilities to find a solution.
- You are comfortable with reading and navigating through code to debug issues and define solutions.
- You have experience of working with an enterprise system; building an understanding of the flows and investigating issues.
- You have experience in a bank, hedge fund, asset manager or FinTech.
- You have knowledge of derivatives markets, products and risk management, and are keen to build on this knowledge further.
- You seek to understand the bigger picture but are also detail oriented and keen to understand the ‘why’ of everything you work on.
- You have a high attention to detail.
- You are adept at context switching and relish changing priorities.
- You are proficient at searching and manipulating data using Excel.
