Referment is working with a world class technology driven Hedge Fund. They're an elite establishment that seek passionate technologists to improve all processes across the firm. They're seeking an experience software engineer to join their distributed systems team and work on cutting-edge trading and post-trade systems.
Within this role, the successful applicant will work closely with the business and and be involved in designing and and building multi-threaded distributed systems across the firms critical trade systems that deal with high volumes of trades being processed. The core language being used will be C#, but there will be scope to use a wide range of technologies. This position will require the successful candidate to champion the organisations trade management systems using the best technological practices.

Key Requirements
- Strong experience with C# programming within a financial institution
- Expertise with multi-threading and deadlock practices
- Strong experience with messaging technologies
- Experienced in DevOps
- TDD and BDD experience
- Strong architectural knowledge
- FIX protocol
- Equity or Fixed Income experience
- ReactJS
