Job description

Referment have partnered with a fast growing FinTech company who are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join their team in London, prospecting and managing sales cycles with buy and sell side companies. 
 

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for winning new business as well as managing some existing accounts to help exceed their sales targets. Our client has around 70 large enterprise banking clients and are looking to bring in a senior sales person to build their client book of business. 


We are looking for someone with at least 10 years experience either in a Trading role who is keen to take their business knowledge and transfer it into a technology SaaS platform. 

Other experiences required include;
 

  • Excellent understanding of front office trading and the nuances  between buy side and sell side workflows
  • Experience working with trading systems and an appreciation of the risk and regulatory landscape
  • A passion for technology and best of breed solutions
  • Excellent track record in selling with exceptional communication and relationship building skills
