Job description

Referment have partnered with a fast growing FinTech firm who are looking for a Senior Sales person to sell their leading edge software products into companies across Europe. 

We are looking to speak with people who have at least 5 years experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally into the energy (oil and gas) market, but financial services experience would suffice. 

The right person needs to be comfortable speaking with C level executives along with Heads of Trading and be skilled at using CRM tools and following processes.

The role will be working under one of the most respected CRO's globally and closely with other sales people in a high energy, successful sales team. 

Key Requirements: 

  • Experience selling SaaS tools and solutions with knowledge of the end to end sales process
  • Experienced selling into Front Office trading environments
  • Excellent sales acumen and a track record in sniffing out sales opportunities
  • A front foot first mentality, someone who is willing to do client outreach as well as manage sales processes

Though not necessarily required, the firm would love to speak to candidates with the following experiences, although training would be available if required.

  • Experience selling Analytics or Market Data tools to Front Office users
