Referment are currently working with a leading global foreign exchange, payment and financial technology provider. They're looking for a Senior Product Owner who has a good understanding of the company vision and works on multiple, highly complex projects to deliver under this.
Two areas of focus are:

- Growth – automation, rebuilding legacy systems in micro-service architecture, internal stakeholders, process improvement, etc.
- Digital Treasury Management – corporate treasury, cash flow management, accounting, credit, external stakeholders, etc.
- be a leader in the PO community
- have end to end ownership of at least one product area
- proactively share knowledge and will be seen as a goto person in their field while also mentoring others
- You can provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project
- You ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
- You can assess value, develop cases, and prioritise stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy, working closely and collaborating with your Product colleagues
- You can provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- You can lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- You can provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
