Job description

Referment are currently working with a leading global foreign exchange, payment and financial technology provider.

They are currently looking for an experienced FinTech Sales Executives to join their growing team. If you have experience within the Payments or Cash Management space this is a huge plus. The ideal candidate will have anywhere from 3 years all the way up to 10 years.

Role Responsibilities
  • Candidate is required to build strong revenue by selling our clients platform.
  • New clients are to be prospected across a chosen set of target markets such as Travel, Insurance, Shipping, International Payroll and HR etc.
  • Primary focus is on acquiring cross border payment and FX flow. The emphasis is more on revenue dynamics, with tangible revenue potential of at least £20K per account, and minimum 3 new acquisitions per month working with the sales lead.
  • You will have a working understanding in the product suite offered - which includes Operating Accounts, Cash Management, Forex Services, etc
  • The job requires multiple level of engagement with sales, product, operations and technology and perseverance at client level
  • Identifying prospects by various data sources/area mapping etc and building a strong pipeline for month on month conversions.
  • Meeting prospects to sell various products and undertaking demos.
  • To ensure smooth implementation of services for acquired clients and hand them over to coverage team post activation.
  • Perform KYC analysis related documentation, as & when required.
