Job description

Referment are working with an exciting Fintech who are looking for an SDR to join their permanent team. They offer a range of solutions from reconciliation to transaction reporting. They are making huge strides within the payments market and are in a great position to build on this towards Q4 and into 2024.

The Sales Development Representative will have 2+ years experience in an SDR/BDR role, boast an impressive track record of exceeding targets, have strong knowledge around Saas products and be motivated to play a key part in the next phase of growth for a scale up.

Key Requirements:

  • 2 years previous experience in an SDR/BDR role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, ZoomInfo, and other SDR tools

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
