Referment are working with a global leader in the provision of Regulatory Reporting Software to Capital Markets companies, who are looking for a Professional Services Consultant to join their Client Services team in London.
Key Skills.
- At least 3 years in a Professional Services or Client Support position working closely with clients
- Experience working for a SaaS business
- Knowledge of the financial services sector is required
- Experience working on client retention and using metrics and frameworks to increase customer satisfaction
