Job description

Referment is working with global proprietary trading/market making business who are looking for a new hire in their infrastructure team in London. The technology team is growing due to a number of years of strong business performance and as such they are looking for a new person to join their desktop support team, a team that provides technical support to all users within the business across hardware, software and infrastructure technologies.

The successful candidate will have up to 1 year of experience in a desktop support/help desk engineer role and should have a good understanding of Microsoft desktop technologies as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Requirements

  • 0-1 year of experience working with Microsoft desktop technologies including Windows, Active Directory, Exchange etc
  • Extensive experience installing and configuring workstations 
  • Working knowledge of networking concepts and datacentre technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work with users at all levels of seniority
