Referment are working with a leading provider of low latency trading and real time data solutions to find a Junior Business Develpoment Manager with experience of running campaigns and building pipelines of business.
The Junior Business Development Manager will be responsible for building a pipeline of business across the capital markets space, bridging both buy and sell side clients. Ideally they will come from a high volume sales background with a strong track record of achieving targets.
Skills Required.
- A proven track record of success in your current and previous sales role(s).
- Experience in solution-selling, ideally within FS
- Ability to understand complex sales processes and solutions
- Strong communication skills
