Referment have partnered with a UK based Investment Manager who are looking for a Junior Application Support Analyst to join their team of 4 analysts supporting over 300 members of staff in their London office.
The Junior Application Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting users across front, middle and back office users across a variety of systems. One of the main duties of the role is to prioritise tickets in line with business demands so experience in working within a similar buy side environment would be advantageous.
We are looking for someone with at least 1 years experience who wants to work with 3rd party vendor systems, but is also keen to use SQL, Powershell, Python etc to automate various tasks performed by the Support team. Other experiences that are valuable include:
Experience working in a support where facing off directly to end users is valued
A strong technology background working with service logs, dashboards and automation tools
Ability to read and write SQL queries is essential
Experience with buy side systems such as Aladdin, CRIMS or other OMS/EMS systems
With a Service Desk in place, the Support Analyst will work on L2/L3 issues.
