Referment have partnered with one of the worlds' most prestigious multi-strategy hedge funds who are building a brand new execution development team in London. They are putting a lot of focus into growing their systematic trading business across various asset classes in this region and as such, looking for a Java Execution Developer with strong low latency Java programming and multithreading skills to work in a team that sits directly next to the business.

Key Requirements
- Extensive experience building trading systems in Java
- Very strong knowledge of multi-threading and concurrency programming with lock-free algorithms
- Experience with distributed systems
- Understanding of low-latency programming techniques (desirable)
