Referment have an exciting opportunity available for a bright and motivated IT Support Engineer to join a well known prop trading and market making firm in London. Working in a small desktop support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users across all areas of the business, including traders, quants and C-Level stakeholders.
The successful IT Support Engineer should have up to 2 years of experience working in desktop support and come with a strong understanding of the Microsoft technology stack which includes Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows and Office 365. You will also get the chance to work on Linux platforms which support their low latency trading systems and gain knowledge of some of the software and applications that support this business.

Key Requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience working with Windows operating systems in a support capacity
- Extensive experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Office 365
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues with hardware and software platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exposure to scripting to automation operational tasks, with languages such as Powershell/Bash (desirable)
- Experience supporting traders or working in financial markets (desirable)
