Referment have partnered with one of the most exciting FinTech companies in the UK, who are due to go public in the next couple of months. They are looking for a Group Financial Controller to join their team in London, working with subsidiaries to ensure accurate financial control and reporting to the Group CFO.
We are looking to speak with people who have at least 5 years experience working as a Financial Controller or FP&A Specialist to oversee the growth and build out of our clients core accounting processes and function.
The role will be responsible for establishing, implementing and monitoring the group's finance policies and procedures, incorporating both accounting policies and internal procedural controls. It will also include the development of the Group’s IFRS accounting policies.
Our clients have plans to grow their subsidiaries over the next 12 months, so experience working within a similar corporate structure with multiple businesses underneath a holding company would be beneficial.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working as a Financial Controller or FP&A Specialist
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified
- Experience within a holding company would be advantageous
- An independent and ambitious person who has a can do attitude
