Referment are working with a global multi-strategy investment firm that deliver consistent, uncorrelated absolute returns in all market environments. They're looking to hire a Front Office C# Software Engineer into their Front Office Equity Technology Team here in London.
The successful candidate will be responsible on working on high-performance front office software utilising server-side development techniques like multi-threaded, concurrent programming and lock-free algorithms. This is a distributed system development role, which will require working on highly transactional and low-latent front-office systems.

- Strong experience with C# server-side development
- Commercial experience with multi-threaded, concurrent programming and lock-free algorithms
- Strong communication skills
- Interested in the financial markets (preferably experienced within this space)
- Low-latency software engineering experience
- A degree in Computer Science, Maths or Physics
- Experience working in an Agile environment
