Referment are currently working with a leading global foreign exchange, payment and financial technology provider who are looking for an experienced FinTech Marketing Executive to join their growing team here in London.
The successful candidate will, over the next 12-24 months, build and nurture a world-class marketing team from scratch including client facing collateral, develop a growth strategy with sales, oversee PR and social media platforms etc.
Experience Required:
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in the FinTech space
- Leadership and team-building experience
- Experience developing and delivering on growth strategies
- Key stakeholder management (Sales teams, C-Suite, investors)
If you have experience within the Payments or Cash Management space this is a huge plus. The ideal person will have experience scaling a FinTech or Payments business.
