Referment have partnered with one of the worlds top, systematic hedge funds who are looking for a Desktop Support Technician to work with their London desktop support team on a 6 month contract.
You will be responsible for providing 1st line technical support for users in the office, troubleshooting and installing hardware as well as setting up new users that will be joining over the next 6 months.
The successful applicant should have excellent communication skills gained from supporting users at all levels in a high pressured environment, as well as strong technical support skills covering Windows, Office 365, Telephony, Messaging, Audio Visual, PC and mobile devices.
